This reference manual, ICB4 in an Agile World, describes how the different competence elements can be interpreted in an agile environment.

Individual Competence Baseline for Consultants, Coaches and Trainers

The currently valid pm baseline (English version) is the intellectual property of pma and contains knowledge elements on project and program management as well as on the management of project-oriented organizations
The content of the pm baseline is state of the art. Together with the IPMA Competence Guideline (ICB4), they form the basis for pma's project management certifications.
However, the pm baseline is not a project management textbook or script and can therefore not replace the acquisition of individual project management knowledge.
