The pma young crew get2gehter is a regular event format for networking the pma young crew members among each other and for expanding knowledge through selected lectures and content inputs on the topic of project management.
On September 17th the pma young crew get2gether takes place under the title "Applied Improvisation in Project Management". Lukas Zenk is assistant professor for innovation and network research at the Danube University Krems and will hold a 90-minute improvisation workshop.
About the topic:
Our organizations are subject to ever-increasing change and we are increasingly confronted with unpredictable situations. In order to cope with these, we need not only our existing knowledge but also new skills to deal constructively with the unforeseen (lat. improvisus). In applied improvisation, training methods and mindsets from improvisational theatre are used for the corporate context. In this workshop you will experience how to use these skills practically.
