Description
Open Source AI in Project Management – Cost-effective, GDPR-compliant, and practical
The use of AI in project management opens up new possibilities – but also raises questions about costs, data protection, and practical implementation.
In a keynote presentation, Philipp Schardax, Project Lead Health Informatics at the Federal Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs, Health, Care and Consumer Protection, will provide an overview of the use of open-source AI solutions in a project context.
Following the presentation, we will dive deeper into the topic in discussions at World Café tables, exchanging experiences, perspectives, and potential use cases.
This event is aimed at project managers who want to engage with the topic of AI in a structured and practical way.
