he pma lounges extend event portfolio offered by Projekt Management Austria beyond the borders of Vienna and offers pma members and people interested in project management outside of Vienna the opportunity to participate in pma events. Since 2006 the pma lounge takes place regularly in different capitals with different lectures of well-known companies with a focus on project management. The event format also acts as a networking platform to exchange information on current PM topics.

pma members and guests are welcome to take part in the pma lounge free of charge. The participation in the pma lounge can be credited as further training in accordance with pma/IPMA® within the framework of re-certification.

At the pma lounge Linz presented by Primas Consulting, there will be a presentation on the topic "Project Teams of the Future: People, AI, and Decision-Making."

About the Presentation

Project teams are facing a fundamental transformation: new roles, new skills, and new forms of collaboration.

At the pma lounge Linz, we’ll discuss how to effectively structure project teams in the interplay between humans and AI, and which skills will make the difference in the future. We’ll explore what a project team looks like when AI is an integral part of collaboration. Use the pma lounge Linz to reflect on your own project, challenge assumptions, and take away new ideas for your team setup!


About the Speaker

Michael Rattay is Managing Director and Head of the AI Competence Center in Project Management at Primas CONSULTING. As a Senior Consultant, Trainer, and Project Manager, he combines in-depth expertise in classic, agile, and hybrid project management with years of experience in digital transformation, AI, and automation projects. His focus is on helping companies make effective use of new technologies and sustainably improve collaboration between IT and business.


Michael supports organizations across a wide range of industries—from finance and telecommunications to manufacturing, tourism, and the public sector—in strategy, change, IT, and innovation projects. In doing so, he brings not only methodological expertise as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, and certified project manager, but above all a practical perspective on the question: How can AI support and improve day-to-day work and project management?
