As part of the pma young crew meets PM experience event series, young project managers can gain insight into project management at renowned companies and exchange ideas and network with employees and executives.

The next PM experience takes us to the Federal Computing Centre (BRZ). The BRZ is the competence centre for digitalisation of Hybrid projects are the order of the day at the Federal Computing Centre.

You can expect insights into what ‘hybrid’ means in everyday project work and how agile methods can be meaningfully integrated into project organisation. Look forward to the presentation of methods using an example project, an exchange on equal terms and concrete ideas that you can take away with you.

Agenda:

6:00 p.m.: Arrival and registration

6:30 p.m.: Presentation of the BRZ and keynote speech on hybrid projects

7:45 p.m.: Start of exchange and networking

9:30 p.m.: Official end of the eventn in the Austrian public sector.

The BRZ's core competence lies in the implementation of digitalisation projects using agile and classic project management methods.
