Description
The pma lounges extend event portfolio offered by Projekt Management Austria beyond the borders of Vienna and offers pma members and people interested in project management outside of Vienna the opportunity to participate in pma events. Since 2006 the pma lounge takes place regularly in different cities with different lectures of well-known companies with a focus on project management. The event format also acts as a networking platform to exchange information on current PM topics.
The pma lounge in Villach will take place at Infineon Austria’s headquarters under the theme: “Shaping Transformation, Mastering Complexity.”
About the Presentation
Large-scale transformation programs, local priorities, and global collaboration: Infineon will provide pma members with insights into the practical aspects of project and portfolio management. The company’s project managers will share success factors and key insights from the One SAP transformation program. They will demonstrate the challenges that local portfolio management addresses, the added value it creates, and how clear governance and cross-organizational coordination at the global level drive implementation forward.
Finally, the focus will shift to project management as a career path: facts, figures, and data will be used to explore which skills and trends will shape the profession in the future.
