The aim of the pma young crew events is to connect members with each other and with project management experts. Our opening event offers the perfect start to the new year and an overview of the annual theme “Empowerment”, which will accompany us through all events in 2025.

You can look forward to an inspiring keynote speech that will shed light on the topic of empowerment and provide initial impetus for the year. We have Alex Fenz/ HR Director at BDO as our guest. In a joint discussion, he will tell us about the importance of empowerment and how this principle is implemented at BDO. In addition: What measures can a company take to give employees the feeling that they can really help shape things? What challenges does empowerment entail in practice and how can they be overcome? Are there specific examples where team empowerment has led to innovative solutions or improvements?  We will also introduce you to the annual program and give you the opportunity to discuss your expectations and goals for the new year, make initial contacts and exchange ideas with like-minded peo
