2nd presentation: Process management between stability and agility - What is the "royal road"?
The shutdown crisis in particular has shown who can rely on the stability of processes. On the other hand, also those who are agile and can react quickly. All of this under increasing demands for digitalisation. The need to have both competences under control was important for the time of the "fast start-up" and will remain at least as important in the coming years. The presentation will describe methodical approaches to this requirement.
Robert Strobl, Management, Senior Management Consultant, BOC Information Technologies Consulting

3rd presentation: PM Championship - playfully proving international PM competences
"PM Championship" is a competition organized by the pma young crew where students from all over Austria can prove their project management skills. The teams compete against each other in a three-stage competition, observed by a jury of experts from business and science. After an online qualification round, in which the participating student teams demonstrate their project management knowledge, the six best teams are invited to the Austrian final. The winning team will have the opportunity to represent Austria in the international final of the IPMA® Young Crew.
Carina Lechner is the project manager for the Austrian Project Management Championship and will give an insight into the planning and procedure of the event, in which students deal with the topic of project management in a playful and competitive manner. She will explain what the Project Management Championship is, which processes take place on the side of IPMA® and the pma young crew, what the starting point for the project was and of course explain the project plan in more detail. Finally, Carina Lechner will also go into the lessons learned from previous years and give an outlook on next year's competition.
