- Chair of the Management Board: Stefanie Gessl, MA
Stefanie has been with the pma young crew since 2022 and part of the Management Board since 2023. She has been Chair of the Management Board since 2024. In addition to managing the board and coordinating the entire year's activities, her tasks include organizing events and networking activities.
During her studies at the FH Wien der WKW, she was able to pass the IPMA®️ Level-D certification and to apply her project management skills at trade fairs and events. Since 2020 she has been working at Deloitte in consulting on national and international digitization projects where she brings in her project management expertise as well as her trainings as Scrum Master and UX Designer. The projects of her free time happen outdoors and are conquering peaks - depending on the season with touring skis, climbing gear or in hiking boots.
- Ayleen Cis, MA, cPMA
Ayleen has been a member of the pma young crew since 2017 and part of the Management Board since 2024. On the board, she coordinates the annual activities and organizes book club evenings.
After completing her Master's degree in Management of Healthcare Companies at IMC FH Krems, she has now been working as a consultant at BDO for 6 years. In this role, she supports public clients in the design and implementation of complex projects. Her professional focus is on the optimization of processes in the healthcare sector with the aim of sustainably improving patient care. In particular, the influence of digitalization plays a central role, whether through the introduction of new digital solutions or the further development of existing systems. In her free time, she is a passionate reader, enjoys spending time with her family and traveling together to discover new places and cultures.
- Valerie Rapatz, MSc, cPM
Valerie joined the pma young crew in 2023 and has been part of the Management Board since 2024. On the board, she supports the coordination of annual activities and organizes mindshifting book club evenings where project managers can expand their PM skills and abilities by reading various books and discussing them in groups. She has been managing projects for over 10 years and has passed both the IPMA® Level-D and Level-C certification as a Project Manager (cPM).
She has been training (project) managers in the form of seminars since 2022. Her focus is on communication in everyday working life. In various seminars, workshops and training courses on the topics of communication, conflict management, leadership, team dynamics and negotiation, she trains the skills of her participants in German or English. In her free time, she seeks a sporting balance by dancing or playing beach volleyball.
- Carina Lechner, MA, cPMA
Carina joined pma young crew in 2018 and has been part of the pma young crew Management Board since 2021.
Her responsibilities include the organization of events such as pma young crew get2gether and PM Experiences as well as the implementation of the Project Management Championship (PMC) in Austria. During her bachelor studies in "Product Marketing and Project Management", she dealt with the topic of project management in depth for the first time and was already able to complete her IPMA® Level-D certification in the course of this. During her Master's studies, she was able to gain experience in coordinating EU-wide research projects and thus in working with different industries and cultures. She ist working as Senior Project Manager for Information Management and Output Management Projects and is leading the PMO team at Canon Austria. Her hobbies include traveling, sports, drawing, sewing, reading and hiking.
