Chair of the Management BoardAyleen Cis, MA, cPMAAyleen has been a member of the pma young crew since 2017 and part of the Management Board since 2024. On the Management Board, she coordinates the annual activities and organizes book club evenings. After completing her Master's degree in Management of Healthcare Companies at IMC FH Krems, she worked as a consultant at BDO for 6 years. In this role, she supported public clients in the design and implementation of complex projects. Her professional focus was on the optimization of processes in the healthcare sector with the aim of sustainably improving patient care. In particular, the influence of digitalization plays a central role, be it through the introduction of new digital solutions or the further development of existing systems. In her free time, she is a passionate reader, enjoys spending time with her family and traveling together to discover new places and cultures.
