The pma young crew management board consists of five young crew members, who all assume their positions on a volunteer basis. Amongst others, their responsibilities include the organisation of events, the coordination of marketing activities or the acquisition of new young crew members.

 

Chair of the Management Board

   

Anna Prosen, BA, cPMA

Anna has been an active student member since 2017 and joined the Management Board in 2019. Her tasks include writing newsletters and planning and implementing marketing and social media activities, as well as organizing various events. She studied Project Management & IT at the FH of BFI Vienna and is pma/IPMA® Level D certified. She has been a project manager at ÖBB since the beginning of 2021. She finds the fact that as a project manager you are always confronted with new challenges and have to try out new ways of finding solutions exciting and motivating. In her free time, Anna is particularly interested in criminology and enjoys going to the theater.

Carina Lechner, MA, cPMA

Carina joined pma young crew in 2018 and has been part of the pma young crew Management Board since 2021. Her responsibilities include the organization of events such as pma young crew get2gether and PM Experiences as well as the implementation of the Project Management Championship (PMC) in Austria. During her bachelor studies in "Product Marketing and Project Management", she dealt with the topic of project management in depth for the first time and was already able to complete her IPMA® Level-D certification in the course of this. During her Master's studies, she was able to gain experience in coordinating EU-wide research projects and thus in working with different industries and cultures. Since the beginning of 2019, she has now been working as a consultant in the field of Digital Customer Experience at Deloitte Digital Austria. Her hobbies include traveling, sports, drawing, sewing, reading and hiking.

   

Sonia Bhalla

Sonia is an active pma member since 2022. Since 2015 she was able to gain first experiences in the field of project management and regularly participated in the project management congress pma focus. In the course of her professional career, she was able to complete the IPMA® Level D certification and is striving to obtain further certifications. Currently, she works for the Austrian Health Insurance Fund, where she supports the IT project managers and creates the IT project portfolio, among other things. In her free time Sonia loves to travel and is interested in movies, except horror movies. In addition, Sonia and her friends like to sing off-key at game nights.

 

   
 

Past Chair - advisory function

   

Michaela Obersriebnig, MSc

Michaela was an active pma young crew member from 2015 to 2020 and on the Management Board since 2017. From 2018 to 2020 she was Chair for the pma young crew Management Board. Since 2021 Michaela supports the pma young crew Management Board with her expertise and contacts. What Michaela finds exciting about project management is the challenge of motivating teams to pull together and work towards a common goal. One of Michaela's greatest passions is singing. It is therefore not surprising that she is also a board member and alto in the Carinthian Singgemeinschaft in Vienna and the middle voice in the Terzett Pappalatur Manufaktur. During her master's degree in molecular biology, Michaela spent a semester in Copenhagen and a year working in Seattle. She currently works as a clinical monitor/project manager in clinical trials.

   

Alexandra Kirbes, MA, BA, BA, cPM

Alexandra Kirbes has been an active member of the pma young crew since 2015 and part of the Management Board since 2020. In 2021 Alexandra was chair woman of the management board. She is responsible for the implementation of various events (workshop, PM Experience, get2gether). Professionally, Alexandra is a program and project management specialist at Borealis AG. She is certified in the following project management areas: IPMA® Level C, Scrum Product Owner, Scrum Master. Previously, she spent five years in project and transformation management in the Corporate IT & Digitalization department at Wienerberger AG. Besides her passion for successful project execution, she loves to discover new places, go scuba diving and spend time with friends and family.
