Brigitte Schaden has been a member of the pma Management Board since 2003 and is responsible for International Affairs and Business Development. As an independent project manager she studied actuarial mathematics and business informatics and is the owner of BSConsulting and works as management consultant, coach, business mediator and lecturer. Brigitte Schaden is also IPMA® Assessor, Chair of GAPPS (Global Alliance for the Project Professions), IPMA® Honorary Fellow and speaker at conferences in Brazil, China, India, Korea, South Africa, Australia, Nepal, Panama and throughout Europe. An expert in various networks and a former IT manager, project manager and client, and PMO leader, she was also vice president and president and chair of the International Project Management Association, human resources manager and organizational developer.
- pma CEO Ing. Günther Lauer, zPD
Günther Lauer is CEO of Projekt Management Austria. His main occupation is working for the Bundesrechenzentrum as an authorized signatory and division manager for eGovernment. In addition, he is managing director of the Land-, Wasser- und Forstwirtschaftliche Rechenzentrum GmbH. Professionally, he appreciates a varied challenging task with innovative freedom. He has been a member of Projekt Management Austria since before the turn of the millennium, through a corporate membership of Motorola. Günther Lauer has been a member of the pma management board since February 2000 and is mainly responsible for certifications and the support of the management. Privately he can relax best with the sports and to get some work-life-balance.

Alexander Vollnhofer has used his major fields of study project management, IT and social science in projects for public administration. The enthusiastic skier has developed a particular interest in complex decision-making processes and the mentoring of young project managers. Alexander Vollnhofer has been a pma member since 2013 and was chair of the young crew management board in 2017, the pma platform for beginners in project management. Since 2018 he has been a member of the pma board of directors and branch manager for pma. His responsibilities on the board include the supervision of young crew activities and the area of innovation.

Johannes Buchberger verfügt über einen betriebswirtschaftlichen Abschluss der Johannes Kepler Universität Linz und ein Business Leadership Diploma von INSEAD. Darüber hinaus ist er seit 2002 IPMA zertifizierter Senior Project Manager und war bereits 2003 als pma Assessor tätig. Seit Mai 2019 ist er bei Microsoft Österreich als Account Executive für die Kunden im Segment Central Government verantwortlich. Zuvor war er Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung von Unisys Österreich und dort verantwortlich für den Geschäftsbereich Public Sector für Österreich und Deutschland. Seit 2009 ist er Mitglied des Vorstands der pma mit dem pma Beirat als speziellen Aufgabenbereich.

Martina Huemann ist im pma Vorstand für Awards und für die jährliche D-A-CH Forschungswerkstatt verantwortlich. An der WU Wien ist sie Professorin, leitet die Project Management Group im Department Strategy & Innovation, sowie den Professional MBA: Project Management. Als Editor-in Chief verantwortet sie das International Journal of Project Management. Ihre Forschung und Beratung beruht auf theoriebasierter Co-creation mit der Praxis. Sie ist Mitbegründerin und Managerin des Netzwerks enable2change. Trotz ihrer langjährigen internationalen Tätigkeit als Expertin, liebt sie es immer noch zu reisen und neue Orte und Länder zu erkunden.

Arkad Kuhnle works full-time for Atos IT Solutions and Services GmbH in Quality Management & Contract Assurance in the area of Infrastructure and Data Management CEE. His professional development is characterized by the development of project management and the improvement of processes in the company of ATOS and with its customers. In the year 2000 he passed his IPMA® Level B certification and also worked as a pma assessor since 2002. From 2002 to 2006, Arkad Kuhnle was also a member of the pma board of directors, since 2018 he is back in this position. His responsibility in the board of directors concerns everything concerning certifications. He also heads the pma scheme committee and represents pma in the IPMA® Certification System Panel.

Dipl.-Ing. Dr. Robert Schanzer is Head of Healthcare, Strategy and Implementation in the IT Services Division of Sozialversicherung GmbH. From this function he has a close connection to project management, for which he is also responsible in his work areas. The most important cornerstones of his professional career are a mathematics degree, experience as an IT specialist and several years of experience as a consultant in the international banking environment. In his private life, Robert Schanzer is fascinated by new things and recovers from his daily work with sports or his passion for cooking. He has been a member of Projekt Management Austria since 2009 and has also been a member of the Management Board since 2014, where he is mainly responsible for events.
- pma executive board member Dipl.-Ing.(FH) Dragan Simic M.Sc., zSPM
Dragan Simic holds two engineering degrees, is an IPMA® certified Senior Project Manager, and is an ITIL Expert. Since the beginning of 2018 he has been a member of the management board of Unisys Österreich GmbH, where he is responsible for the Financial Services and Commercial Industries divisions. Prior to that he held various management positions at Unisys since 2007. Before joining Unisys, he gained his first experience in project management at the First Burgenland Computer Centre. Since 2019 he has been a member of the board of pma.
