Günther Lauer is Chairman of the Board of Projekt Management Austria. In his main job, he works for Bundesrechenzentrum GmbH as an authorized signatory and division manager for IT consolidation & transition. He is also managing director of Land-, Wasser- und Forstwirtschaftliche Rechenzentrum GmbH. He was already a member of Projekt Management Austria before the turn of the millennium. Günther Lauer has been a member of the pma Executive Board since February 2000, and since 2017 he has held overall responsibility as Chairman of the Executive Board.

Brigitte Schaden is president of Projekt Management Austria (pma). She studied actuarial mathematics and business informatics and is the owner of BSConsulting and works as management consultant, coach, business mediator and lecturer. Brigitte Schaden is also IPMA® Assessor, Chair of GAPPS (Global Alliance for the Project Professions), IPMA® Honorary Fellow and speaker at conferences in Brazil, China, India, Korea, South Africa, Australia, Nepal, Panama and throughout Europe. An expert in various networks and a former IT manager, project manager & project owner, and PMO leader, she was also vice president and president and chair of the International Project Management Association, human resources manager and organizational developer.

Johannes Buchberger holds a degree in business administration from Johannes Kepler University Linz and a Business Leadership Diploma from INSEAD. In addition, he has been an IPMA® certified Senior Project Manager since 2002 and was already a pma assessor in 2003. Since May 2019 he has been Account Executive at Microsoft Austria, responsible for customers in the Central Government segment. Prior to this, he was a member of the management board of Unisys Austria, where he was responsible for the Public Sector division for Austria and Germany. Since 2009 he has been a member of the pma Management Board with the pma Advisory Board as a special area of responsibility.

Dipl.-Ing. Dr. Robert Schanzer BA is Head of Healthcare, Strategy and Implementation in the IT Services Division of Sozialversicherung GmbH. From this function he has a close connection to project management, for which he is also responsible in his work areas. The most important cornerstones of his professional career are a mathematics degree, experience as an IT specialist and several years of experience as a consultant in the international banking environment. In his private life, Robert Schanzer is fascinated by new things and recovers from his daily work with sports or his passion for cooking. He has been a member of Projekt Management Austria since 2009 and has also been a member of the Management Board since 2014, where he is mainly responsible for events.

Martina Huemann is responsible for awards and for the annual D-A-CH research workshop. She is a professor at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration, heads the Project Management Group in the Department of Strategy & Innovation, and the Professional MBA: Project Management. As Editor-in Chief she is responsible for the International Journal of Project Management. Her research and consulting is based on theory-based co-creation with practice. She is co-founder and manager of the enable2change network. Despite her many years of international activity as an expert, she still loves to travel and explore new places and countries.
- Dipl.-Ing. (FH) Dragan Simic MSc., cSPM
Dragan Simic holds two engineering degrees, is an IPMA® certified Senior Project Manager, and is an ITIL Expert. Since the beginning of 2018 he has been a member of the management board of Unisys Österreich GmbH, where he is responsible for the Financial Services and Commercial Industries divisions. Prior to that he held various management positions at Unisys since 2007. Before joining Unisys, he gained his first experience in project management at the First Burgenland Computer Centre. Since 2019 he has been a member of the board of pma.

- Head of Certification BodyIng. Mag. Gernot Haitzmann, cPM
Gernot Haitzmann is the head of the certification body of Project Management Austria (pma) since 2016. The most important cornerstones of his professional career include a degree in computer science, education and history, several years of experience as a university and university of applied sciences lecturer for project management, PMO manager and project manager at a non-university research institution, as well as account manager at IT companies and as a funding officer in the public sector (Vienna/Brussels). In 2006 he passed his pma/IPMA® Level C certification. Born in Carinthia, he is a family man and is passionate about soccer and ice hockey.
- Project Management Level B & C / Agile LeadershipSonja Tobolka, cPMA
After a long career with various tour operators in the tourism industry, Sonja Tobolka joined the pma certification body in June 2015. Among other things, she is responsible for the project management certifications Level C and B as well as Add On Agile Leadership Level C and D. Her activities range from checking candidate registrations to organizing the online certifications. In 2019, she also completed her pma/IPMA® Level D certification herself.

Katharina Bruch started her career directly at Projekt Management Austria after finishing school. She has been employed at the pma certification body since December 2015. She is responsible for Level D project management certifications and re-certifications at all levels. Her activities include checking candidate registrations, reviewing documents for re-certifications and sending out all certificates.
